1. Car must be licensed, street legal, and insured.
2. Muffler Rapping Contest: Car will be judged in stationary position.
3. Open Header Contest: Car must be street legal, open headers only. Car will be judged in stationary position.
4. Burn-Out Contest: Only two passes allowed
